Are Prime Chapters members verified?
Yes. New members complete a human verification process before community access is approved.
Why do I need a profile photo?
If you choose the profile photo verification route, the private profile photo helps a Chapter Guide check that you are the same real person represented by your profile photo. The verification profile photo is not shown to other members and is used for the verification process.
How does Prime Chapters verification work?
The available verification options are shown during registration. Depending on the route selected, verification may be completed through the private profile photo process or assisted WhatsApp verification. A Chapter Guide reviews the verification before access is approved.
Does WhatsApp verification require me to upload photos on the registration page?
No. Members who select the assisted WhatsApp verification route do not need to upload verification photos on the registration page. Their account remains pending until a Chapter Guide completes the verification process.
Is my information safe?
Prime Chapters limits public exposure of member information, keeps private member areas out of search results, uses privacy-conscious communication controls and publishes clear privacy and POPIA information. Members should still follow the platform safety guidance when communicating with others.
Do you ask for my bank details?
Prime Chapters does not ask you to send banking PINs, card PINs, one-time passwords or online banking login details to another member or a Chapter Guide. Payment pages may require the normal information needed by the payment provider when you choose to make a payment.
Do you ask for my home address?
Prime Chapters does not require your street or home address as part of the normal member profile. Registration asks for general location information such as province, town or city and postal code so the community can provide relevant local experiences without publishing your precise home location.
Is there a free trial?
No trial is needed. Prime Chapters membership is currently Free for Life, so there is no trial countdown or membership expiry.
Can I cancel anytime?
Prime Chapters does not automatically renew memberships. You choose whether to purchase another membership period. You may also request account deletion through the account and support options provided on the website.
Is there an app?
Prime Chapters can be installed from the website on supported phones and devices for quick, app-like home-screen access. Look for the Install App option when your browser supports it.
Does Prime Chapters perform criminal or background checks?
No. Human verification helps confirm that an account appears to belong to a real person, but it is not a criminal, financial or formal background check. Members should always follow the platform safety guidance.
Can Google see member profiles?
No. Private member areas and member profiles are excluded from search-engine indexing.
