Member Safety
Human-reviewed membership
Members complete the available profile photo or assisted WhatsApp verification route. A Chapter Guide reviews the account before full community access is approved.
Community safety controls
Members can report concerns, block accounts, contact a Chapter Guide and use published safe-meeting guidance.
Moderation
Reported behavior and content can be reviewed against the Community Guidelines and moderation policies.
Realistic verification claims
Verification improves accountability, but it is not a criminal background check or a promise that another member is risk-free.
Payment Security
PayFast is Prime Chapters' selected payment provider. Prime Chapters will never ask a member to send a card number, banking PIN or one-time password through chat, WhatsApp or email.
Always confirm that you are using the official Prime Chapters website before starting any payment.
Important: Website security ratings do not assess the security of a member's personal device or every third-party payment system. Keep your password and banking verification codes private.
