How Prime Chapters Verifies Members
Learn how Prime Chapters uses human verification and administrator approval to help create a more accountable South African 50+ community.
Verification before full access
New members do not receive full community access simply by creating an account. Prime Chapters requires the identity-verification step presented during registration and administrator approval.
Human review
Verification is reviewed by an authorised Chapter Guide rather than being treated as an automatic trust guarantee.
Verification is one safety layer
A verified account does not mean every statement a person makes is true or that meeting someone is risk-free. Members should still protect financial information, use reporting tools and follow safe-meeting practices.
Privacy matters
Verification information is handled separately from ordinary public profile content. Prime Chapters publishes its privacy, retention and account-deletion rules for members to review.
