Prime Chapters is operated by PRIME CHAPTERS (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/529240/07. Prime Chapters is a South African friendship, companionship and social-connection community for people aged 50 and older, including people who turn 50 during the current calendar year.

Responsible party

PRIME CHAPTERS (Pty) Ltd is the responsible party for personal information processed through Prime Chapters.

Information Officer

Riska Michna is the registered Information Officer. Privacy and POPIA requests may be submitted using the contact information below. The public notice does not reproduce the registration certificate, identity number, home address or other private personal details.

Requests and objections

A person may request access, correction or deletion, or object to certain processing, subject to POPIA and other applicable law. Prime Chapters may request proof of identity and sufficient information to locate the relevant records.

Security compromises

Where there are reasonable grounds to believe personal information has been accessed or acquired by an unauthorized person, Prime Chapters will investigate and provide notifications required by applicable law.

Complaints to the Information Regulator

Prime Chapters encourages members to contact the Information Officer first so the matter can be investigated. This does not remove the right to submit a complaint to the Information Regulator of South Africa through its official channels.
