Acceptable Use Policy

Prime Chapters is operated by PRIME CHAPTERS (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/529240/07. Prime Chapters is a South African friendship, companionship and social-connection community for people aged 50 and older, including people who turn 50 during the current calendar year.

You may not use Prime Chapters to

• Break any law or encourage unlawful conduct.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, discriminate against or defame another person.
• Commit fraud, solicit money, promote financial schemes or obtain banking credentials.
• Upload malware, harmful code, deceptive links or content intended to compromise accounts or devices.
• Scrape, harvest, copy or compile member profiles, photographs or contact information.
• Use bots, automated accounts, bulk messaging or unauthorized data-extraction tools.
• Probe, bypass or interfere with access controls, rate limits, verification, moderation or security.
• Share login credentials, sell accounts, create duplicate deceptive accounts or return after a permanent ban.
• Upload content that infringes privacy, copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Use the service for commercial advertising, recruitment, political campaigning or fundraising without prior written approval.
• Post explicit sexual content, graphic violence or content that targets vulnerable people.

Enforcement and investigation

Prime Chapters may preserve relevant records, limit functionality, review content and cooperate with lawful authorities where reasonably necessary. Automated and manual safeguards may be used to detect abuse. Members must not retaliate against a person who makes a good-faith report.
