Data Retention Policy
Prime Chapters is operated by PRIME CHAPTERS (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/529240/07. Prime Chapters is a South African friendship, companionship and social-connection community for people aged 50 and older, including people who turn 50 during the current calendar year.
Prime Chapters keeps information only for as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, safety, fraud prevention and dispute handling.

Legal holds and exceptions
Information may be kept longer where required by law, a regulator, a court process, an active complaint, fraud prevention, a safety investigation or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal rights. When full deletion is not appropriate, information may be restricted or de-identified.
